At Affirm, we offer personalized clinical consultations for individuals, families, schools, and organizations seeking guidance around neurodevelopmental and mental health needs, offered virtually in Maryland, Virginia, and participating PSYPACT® states. Consultations are designed to provide clarity, direction, and actionable next steps, often within one to two sessions.

Note: This is a brief, free introductory call to discuss needs and next steps, separate from a personalized clinical consultation.

We also offer peer-to-peer consultations for professionals seeking guidance on clinically rigorous, neurodiversity-affirming approaches to assessment and therapy.

Session Format
Consultations are typically conducted virtually and are available to clients located in Maryland, Virginia, and participating PSYPACT® states.
Clinical consultations are 60 minutes per session.
What to Expect
Consultations begin with a focused discussion of concerns and goals, followed by practical recommendations and next steps.
Consultation needs are often addressed within one to two sessions, though additional sessions may be scheduled as needed for continued support.
