Statement about Out-of-Network Insurance and Superbills
We are an out-of-network provider and value transparency in healthcare costs.
Because we are an out-of-network provider, payment is collected at the time of service. To support you in using your insurance benefits, we may provide superbills upon request that you can submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. Not all services are eligible for superbills.
